Shipping

1.  Free Shipment on Purchase Orders over $1300 CAD

2.  FOB Markham, Ontario, Canada

3.  Tail Gate Charger $40 CAD plus applicable Taxes (Applicable to Residential Addresses and Improper Loading Dock Deliveries.)

4.  Outside Canada - The buyer will arrange shipment and handle taxes. FDL will only provide weight and dimensions.

Return Policy

1. Customer may return products within 30 days from date of delivery.
2. Customer will bear the freight costs of returned products.
3. Returned products are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
4. All returned products must be un-used and in original packaging.
5. Please call CS for return authorization.
